A Springfield staple since 1970 smoking juicy meats over green hickory, where the baby back and spare ribs have kept locals coming back for over 50 years. We made the drive and it absolutely delivered. The Baby Back Ribs is the move, order it, thank us later. This is exactly the kind of spot Dirty Potato exists to celebrate: real food, real place, worth leaving the house for.
