The Dirty Potato Approved seal is our highest mark of trust. It is reserved for the small handful of spots that genuinely deliver. Think of it like a Michelin recommendation for real, honest, local food.
How It's Earned
Every spot is scored 0 to 100 across five things: Flavor, Value, Vibe, Worth The Drive, and Uniqueness. A place earns the seal at a 90 or above. Hit 95+ and it becomes Legendary.
Why It Matters
We do not hand these out. Most places we review never get one. When you see the seal, it means the food is worth leaving the house for, no asterisks.
